The pool and spa area was a daily treat, very relaxing. Our arrival was made special with complimentary drinks and pastries. The location had easy access to metro stations, making exploring a breeze. The complimentary drinks in the room were thoughtful and refreshing.

I recently enjoyed my stay with fabulous staff and a really clean room. The hotel is just a short walk from Parc Eduardo VII, where I loved strolling through the lush greenery and taking in the views of the city, as well as being conveniently close to Rossio Square, perfect for exploring Lisbon’s charm on foot.

Request a room on a higher floor for better views and quieter atmosphere, as it enhances the overall relaxing experience.

I loved how welcoming the staff were from the moment I arrived. The hotel has a beautiful main foyer that creates a good first impression. My room was spacious and comfortable, although I found the lighting quite poor, especially near the mirror for getting ready. There was also an annoying lack of electrical outlets by the mirror, making it difficult to curl my hair. The breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of delicious options. I enjoyed dining at the hotel restaurant too. great meals! The couple's spa treatment I booked was heavenly, just what I needed after long days of exploring. A couple of staff members stood out as extremely friendly and helpful, providing great tips around the city. However, I did witness a staff member treat another poorly during my stay, which was uncomfortable to see. The noise from the hallways sometimes disrupted my sleep as well. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement, particularly regarding customer service dynamics among staff members.

The room was pretty spacious and had super comfy beds. I loved that there were different pillows to pick from! The bathroom was nice, too, but it did feel a bit dim at times when I tried to read. Overall, a solid stay!

my stay at altis was amazing! the room was stunning and perfectly matched the photos online. the breakfast was delicious and a great deal at €12. i loved the gym and especially enjoyed the indoor heated pool. But honestly, the standout was the staff. they were super friendly and made everything perfect!

Every moment at this hotel was pure luxury! The suite was excellent, complete with complimentary port and chocolates. Oh, and the breakfast spread? Absolutely epic! They had everything from fresh pastries to sparkling wine-seriously, the best breakfast I’ve ever had!
